Idara-e-Taleem-o-Agaahi (ITA) and the Oxford University Press (OUP) are planning for a mega Event. A two-day Children’s Literature Festival will be held at the Children’s Library Complex in Lahore on November 25 and 26.

This two days Children’s Literature Festival will start on nov 25-26. The Festival timings will be between 10am to 5pm.
Puppet Shows
The major attractions for the children are the puppet shows specially designed for children’s creativity concerns by Rafee Peer group.
Stories For Kids
Along with the puppet shows, children would listen to their favourite stories.
Creative Writing Competitions
Children will learn the art of creative writing Through certain activities such as competitions.
Book Stalls
Children will get book reviews, and buy books.
Reading Activities
The reading activities will be well catered within the festival while writing competitions are also the hot charm of this festival.
This festival aims at encouraging reading and writing among children through entertaining activities. The founders of this festival, Baela Raza Jamil and Ameena Sayyid, have high expectations from this upcoming event to be held at Children’s Liberary Complex. Children’s Literature Festival is supposed to be a national level festival targeting at the cultivation of creativity and writing among the youngsters by developing a taste for reading.
The Children’s Literature festival is being organised by the Children’s Library Complex (CLC) and the Foundation of Open Society Institute (FOSI).
